These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Chester Pilates Sisters services, memberships, events, and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Memberships and Bookings
Memberships and event bookings are non-transferable.

Membership fees are billed monthly/annually and are non-refundable.

Chester Pilates Sisters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and events.

2. Payments
All fees must be paid in advance through our secure payment system.

By providing your payment information, you authorise us to process charges in accordance with your selected membership or purchase.

3. Health and Safety
By participating in our classes and events, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to take part.

You agree to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

Chester Pilates Sisters is not responsible for injuries sustained during activities unless due to negligence.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Class cancellations (at 100 Power studios) must be made longer than 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid charges and refunds are not offered for missed sessions.

All outdoor events are non-refundable and cannot be swapped.

5. Product Sales
Products purchased through our website are subject to availability.

Once the product is sold, returns are accepted.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on our website and in our events are owned by Chester Pilates Sisters and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Chester Pilates Sisters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
